A Bit About Me

It has been an honor and privilege to serve clients and their families the past 17 years. My journey began in 2008 as a Birth and Postpartum Doula. I quickly realized that my calling was to help guide women and their partners through the empowering and life transforming journey to parenthood. I immersed myself in the holistic modalities that support the normal physiology of childbirth. 600+ families later, built a practice on the founding principles of Nurturing, Advocacy, Empowerment, and Respect. To You Midwifery & Doula Services is proud to offer Home Birth Midwifery with a Certified Professional Midwife, Certified Birth Doula Services, Certified Lactation Counseling, Monitrice Services, Home Birth Education, Fertility Counseling, Placenta Encapsulation & Art,  AromaTouch Massage, Certified Aromatherapy, Belly Binding, MicoBirth Provider, Acupressure, and TENS for pain Management. I surround myself with wonderful people who have the same passion, desire, and commitment to whole mind and body health. The medical system in place is difficult to navigate. With educational and emotional support you can become an empowered consumer. This year I will celebrate my 40th Wedding Anniversary with my amazing husband Jeffrey. I am a mother of 4 children and 5 grandchildren. Stefan 37 (Daughter Alice 9 yrs ), Samantha 35 (Son Avery 10 yrs), (Son Aiden 7 yrs,) and (Son Anthony 6 yrs), Cassandra 33, and Seth 26, Daughter-In-Law Ellie (Cain 2yrs).
